摘    要:为探讨壳聚糖在延缓衰老功能方面的作用 ,以OregonK黑腹果蝇 (Drosophilamelanogaster)和 2 0月龄SD雄性大鼠为研究对象 ,观察壳聚糖对果蝇生存时间及对大鼠血清中SOD活性、MDA含量的影响 .结果发现 ,雌雄果蝇各剂量组的最高寿命天数均明显增高 (p <0 .0 1) ,雌性果蝇 0 .0 15 %、0 .0 4 5 %、0 .135 %剂量组平均寿命天数较对照组延长 (p<0 .0 5 ) ,且半数死亡时间分别比对照组延长 2天、8天和 18天 .SD大鼠血清中SOD活性升高 ,MDA含量下降 (p<0 .0 5 ) .壳聚糖具有延缓衰老功能 ,且作用机理与其能减少机体内氧自由基水平有关 .

Abstract:In order to explore its effect on delaying aging, we used Drosophila melanogaster and twenty-month-old SD male rats to conduct our study. the effect of chitosan on the longevity of Drosophila melanogaster and SOD activity and MDA levels in rats serum. We found that the maximal lifespan were significantly prolonged(p<0.01), mean lifespan of female fruit flies were extended at the groups of 0.015%, 0.045% and 0.135% dose(p<0.05) and their half lethal time were two days, eight days and eighteen days longer respectively compared with the controlled group. The activity of SOD were dramastically increased(p<0.01), and the levels of MDA were decreased (p<0.05). Chitosan had the effect on delaying aging, and the mechanism of this effect involved in the decrease of oxygen free radical in the organism.
