| 摘 要： | 中国企业家经营战略中存在着很多的问题,或战略缺失,或战略模糊,或战略断裂,或企业家与企业经营战略冲突,结果影响了企业的长远发展。有鉴于此,对中国企业经营战略中存在的问题进行归类,对问题产生的原因进行分析,以及尝试寻找解决问题的办法就成为当务之急。

| Abstract: | there are a lot of problems about Chinese enterprisers' strategic management because of the shortness and limitation of themselves, such as no strategy, misunderstanding about strategy, gap of strategy, and conflict between enterprisers and enterprises, which have been effecting the development of enterprises. So we must research the problem of Chinese enterprises' strategy, analyze their causes, and seek for the solutions to these problems. |
