高耐磨性铁基等离子喷焊涂层的应用研究

摘    要:针对石油化工等行业中关键部件易磨损的问题,常采用等离子喷焊技术喷焊铁基合金粉末,获得耐磨涂层,从而达到延长零件的使用寿命的目的。本文对4种国产铁基合金粉末喷焊层的表面形貌、硬度和耐磨性进行了比较研究,结果表明,FFe-1160A涂层较其余3种涂层具有更好的耐磨性。

Abstract:Aimed at prolong the service life of the parts,plasma spray welding process was used to get wear-resisting coating with Fe-base alloy powder to solve the problem of key parts was wear easily in petrochemical industry.Results showed that the FFe-1160A coating had the better wear resistance by comparing the surface morphology,hardness and wear resistance of four kinds of domestic alloy powder coating.
