| 摘 要： | 以深圳某大型工程为例,针对地下室底板混凝土结构施工特点,介绍了大体积混凝土浇筑过程以及质量控制措施,详细介绍了浇捣时间控制、泌水处理、表面处理、混凝土测温控制、养护、底板后浇带施工和大体积混凝土裂缝控制方面采取的有效措施,并指出减少大体积混凝土裂缝和质量通病需要注意的事项,使大体积混凝土质量得到保证。

| Abstract: | Quality control of mass concrete pouring is introduced based on the concrete construction characteristics of basement slab of some engineering in Shenzhen.The effective measures in vibrating time control,bleeding treatment,surface treatment,temperature control,concrete pouring,construction of late poured band and crack control of mass concrete are put forward.The attentions of preventing quality disease and reducing the cracks in mass concrete are introduced,so the quality of mass concrete is ensured. |
