| 摘 要： | 腭咽环扎术能使软腭充分延长,鼻咽腔全面缩小,软腭和鼻咽腔活动良好,有利于患者语音功能的改善,随访观察语音效果优于兰氏手术与咽后壁瓣手术。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the result of postoperative patients with palate-pharyngeal ring tied, they were followed up by correspondence. 20 cases randomlysampled were examined by pronunciation test, measurement of oral pressure,televised fluoroscopy and X-ray photography. 32 cases of the postoperativepatients for the surgical transposition of posteriol pharyngreal flap and larynbeckwere used as comparative groups. Our observation showed that the palate-pharyngealring tied could fully lengthen the soft palate, the nasopharynx was narrowed allsides the soft palate functioned well and the nasopharyngeal movement wassatisfactory. All these factors bring about better pronunciation functioning of thepatients. |
