五轴龙门数控铣床转动轴联动中的动态轨迹误差仿真分析

摘    要:针对刀具两摆的五轴龙门数控铣床,对一转动轴与一平动轴联动及两转动轴联动加工圆弧时的动态轨迹误差分别进行了分析。采用D-H(Denavit-Hartenberg)法对轴的输入的进给指令位置计算公式进行了推导,并将进给指令位置输入到由动态仿真工具Simulink构建的进给伺服系统仿真模型中,得到了圆弧上动态轨迹误差的分布曲线。通过对转动轴联动加工圆弧的动态轨迹误差分析,可为五轴龙门数控铣床转动轴动态误差的检测提供指导,使得机床的检测与调整更加快速和便捷。

Abstract:The dynamic circular trajectory errors related to synchronous motion of a rotational axis and a translational axis or two rotational axis in five-axis machining center with a tilting rotary spindle were analyzed respectively.The formularies about position of feed instructions were worked out based on D-H(Denavit-Hartenberg)method,and feed commands were input to the simulation model of the feed system which was set up based on a dynamic tool of simulation-Simulink.The curves of the simulation were shown.The analysis process of the dynamic trajectory error of the rotation axis was helpful for dynamic errors detection of CNC machine tool.The detection and adjustment would be faster and more convenient from it.
