超声振动车削光整技术的试验研究

摘    要:利用超声振动进行车削光整加工试验,对影响光整表面粗糙度的因素进行了大量的试验研究,通过对比试验和正交试验确定了合理的切削参数.分析了影响加工表面质量的一些因素,为推广使用超声振动车削光整工艺做出了试验上的分析和论证,分析了超声车削光整工艺的优越性和规律性。

Abstract:The finish machining test is using the ultrasonic vibration turning,and a lot of experimental research have done on the factors which influence the finishing surface roughness,it is determined a reasonable cutting parameters by comparing test and orthogonal test,analyzed some of the factors which influence the surface quality,and made a test analysis and verification for promoting the use of finishing technology of ultrasonic vibration turning,and in the same time analyzed the superiority and regularity of finish machining technology using ultrasonic turning.
