基于ANSYS的退火炉台结构优化设计

摘    要:工业退火炉是一种重要的钢铁热处理设备,主要用于冷轧钢卷的退火处理。传统依据设计手册的炉台设计方法偏于保守,使得设计的炉台显得笨重,从而造成一些不必要的浪费。因此,研究炉台在温度下的应力分布状况对炉台的设计有着重要的意义。通过大型CAE软件ANSYS分析退火炉台在受到热-力耦合载荷条件下的应力分布情况,并利用ANSYS的优化设计模块对炉台进行优化设计,确定底座的最优尺寸,在满足相关设计标准的同时实现轻量化的目的,将炉台重量降低了15.5%。

Abstract:Annealing furnace is an important equipment for heating processing,mainly used for annealing cold rolled steel coil.The traditional design method of the floor is too conservative,making it too heavy,and causes a lot of waste.Therefore,researching the stress distribution of furnace under different temperature has great significance for the furnace charging floor design.The stress distributing of annealing furnace charging floor under thermo-mechanical coupling load was analyzed by using ANSYS,a powerful CAE software.Then optimization design for the floor is carried out by using the optimal design module of ANSYS to define the most optimum size of annealing furnace charging floor.The weight of the annealing furnace charging floor can be reduced by 15.5% with satisfying interrelated redesign standards and reducing its weight as well.
