摘    要:精益化的电网运行日益追求安全与经济并重,而安全与经济运行往往是一对矛盾。文章提出以电网运行均衡度的作为电网安全运行指标,通过求解系统经济、安全的双目标优化问题得到了电网安全–经济运行协调曲线。该曲线不仅能直观地量化描述电网各运行方式的经济指标和安全指标,而且能够量化电网运行的经济性和安全性之间的协调成本,这对推进电网调度精益化管理具有重要的理论与应用价值。电网安全–经济协调运行曲线能用于量化电网对市场交易的开放性、调度效率和调度裕度等方面的评估。对IEEE30节点系统的计算结果表明了所提思想和方法的有效性。

Abstract:There is growing pursuit of both security and economy in power grid lean operation. Secure operation and economic performance is often a pair of contradictions. In this paper the balanced degree of power grid operation is taken as safe operation index of power grid, and by solving the economic and secure dual-objective optimization function, the coordination operation curve of grid security and economy is plotted, which can not only intuitively quantify the economy and security indicators that describe a variety of power system operation modes, but also can quantify the coordination cost between economy and security, which has important theoretical and practical value to push forward lean management of the power grid dispatching. The grid security-economy coordination curve can be used to quantify the evaluation of the openness of power grid to market transactions, power dispatching efficiency and power dispatching margin. Finally the idea and the proposed method are testified by IEEE 30-bus system.
