摘    要:设计一种基于GIS获取配电网络信息,以故障遍历法为基础,适用于大规模电网的可靠性实用评估系统。介绍配电网数据的结构化存储方式设计,阐述如何通过GIS自动导出馈线的拓扑结构和相关信息,提出转供判断及可靠性指标的计算方法。系统可靠性分析建模中还考虑预安排停电的影响。使计算结果更加符合实际情况。

Design of Large-Scale Distribution Network Reliability Assessment System Based on GIS

Abstract:A practical system for reliability assessment is designed based on fauh-traverse and is suitable for large-scale power grid. It obtains the information of the distribution network from the GIS. Introduces the design of structured storage of distribution network data and meanwhile explains the progress of how to automatically export the topology and its related information through the GIS in details. And introduces a computing method of a turn for the judge and the reliability index. Furthermore, considers the impact of pre-arranged blackout in the modeling of system reliability analysis to make the results more realistic.
