Strengthen team safety construction to fully enhance team safety management level

The teams,as grass-roots organizations of an enterprise,they are the basis to strengthen enterprise management and achieve the safe production,and they are mainly responsible for the safe production goals of enterprise and directly implement them.Therefore,to strengthen the team safety construction and management is the most practical and effective way to control and reduce all kinds of accidents and to create a good operating environment.In this paper,4 aspects of improving the understanding of the team safety construction,establishing the goal of team safety construction,optimizing the path of team safety construction,building the system of team safety construction have been analyzed.
