直驱轮毂式永磁无刷电动机气隙磁场解析数值法分析

摘    要:解析数值结合法分析直驱式外转子分数槽表面磁钢永磁无刷电动机气隙磁场.将磁场求解范围划分为气隙区域和扩展槽区域,等效气隙区域磁场解析解得出槽区第一类边界条件,永磁体等效成面电流,用四边形等参元法计算扩展槽区域磁场分布.电机转子以固定角度转动,根据各槽磁场分布计算各相绕组磁链,拟合后对时间求导得到感应电势波形.将计算结果与实验结果比较,符合工程要求,证明了方法的正确性和有效性.
