| 摘 要： | 目的探索一种更为敏感而特异的肾综合征出血热特异性抗体的检测方法。方法采用免疫-PCR、ELISA和IFAT三种方法检测130份HFRS患者血清中抗HFRS-IgG抗体。结果免疫-PCR方法的灵敏度为78．5％，特异性为100％；ELISA法和IFAT法的灵敏度分别为47．7％和49．2％。结论免疫-PCR方法的敏感性高于ELISA法和IFAT法．是适用于肾综合征出血热特异性抗体检测的好方法。

| Abstract: | To search for the more sensitive and specific methods for the detection of specific antibodies in hemorrhagic fever with renal symdrome (HFRS), three diagnostic methods, i.e. immuno PCR, ELISA and IFAT, were used to compare the efficiencies of detecting the anti HFRS IgG antibodies in serum samples of 130 patients with HFRS. It was proved that the immuno PCR method was the best method of choice with the sensitivity and specificity of 78.5% and 100% respectively; the next two methods were ELISA and IFAT with the sensitivities of 47.7% and 49.2% respectively. It concludes that the immuno PCR is a good method to detect the specific antibodies in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. |
