摘    要:对某石化公司催化装置乙醇胺再生塔底重沸器的腐蚀失效原因进行了分析,根据外观检查、材料成分分析、微观形貌观察和分析、腐蚀产物成分分析及工艺状况和设备检维修调研结果的判定,重沸器管束腐蚀失效主要是由于原料中的H2S,SO2酸性物质引起的孔蚀和胺液氧化降解所致,最后根据失效原因提出了改进措施和建议。

Abstract:The corrosion failure causes of a reboiler of the diethanolamine regeneration tower in a certain refinery was investigated. From the results of spot inspection, element analysis of the materials, the ob- servation and analysis of micro - morphology, the ingredients analysis of the corrosion production, and the researches of process conditions and equipment maintenance, it was concluded that the corrosion failure of reboiler tubes is mainly caused by the pitting of the acidic materials H2S and SO2 of raw material, and the degradation of N - methyl diethano lamine solutions. Finally, the corresponding measures and sugges- tions were gived according to the above results.
