| 摘 要： | 我国大部分民营企业并没有随其快速发展而构建起现代企业文化,没有与企业可持续发展相适应的道德规范、团队精神和人才队伍,不能形成良好的经营环境和企业形象。因此,必须在民营企业家族文化的基础上,构建现代企业经营理念,创新管理制度,形成独具个性的企业文化体系。
