深孔水力采矿碎岩与矿浆举升机具设计与试验

摘    要:钻孔水力采矿技术作为一种新型非传统采矿方法,在开采易分散、疏松、多孔、弱胶结性等固体矿产时显示出独特的优点。基于钻孔水力采矿原理,主要对碎岩高压水枪工作原理和结构进行了研究,对矿浆举升系统等方面进行了优化设计,通过数值模拟分析和地表、孔内实物模型试验进行了设计验证,并研究了相应的钻孔水力采矿工艺,这些研究为未来深部固体矿产领域开发提供技术支撑。

Design of hydraulic mining equipment and experiments for fracturing rocks and slurry lifting in deep hole
Abstract:As a new unconventional mining method, boring hydraulic mining technology has its unique advantages for mining easily dispersed, loose, porous and weakly cemented solid minerals. On the basis of principle of boring hydraulic mining, the study mainly on the operating principle and the structure of rock-fracturing high pressure water gun was carried out, the optimization design was conducted in aspects such as slurry lifting system. The design has been verified through numerical modeling and analysis, test of physical models on surface and in hole. The corresponding boring hydraulic mining technology was studied. The study provides technical support for future development of deep minerals.
