摘    要:从碱性溶液中电解制备锌可以降低能耗和槽压,提高电流效率。研究结果表明碱液的浓度,电流密度可以影响锌粉的大小和沉积状态,通过选取适当的电流密度,在添加物存在的条件下,从浓碱液中可以在较低的能耗和较高的电流效率下制得具有一定缓蚀能力的锌粉。

Abstract:Electrodeposition of zinc from alkaline baths occurred at a lower cell voltage with less energy consumption and higher current efficiency. The experiment results showed that hydroxide concentration and current density affected the size and morphology of zinc powder. Zinc powder with better corrosion resistance could be electrowon with higher current efficiency and lower cell voltage from concentrated KOH solution in presence of some additives at a suitable current density.
