| 摘 要： | 来源于人和不同种属动物的自然杀伤细胞对不同瘤株为靶细胞的杀伤活性有一定的选择性。本实验利用酶释放法检测发现,正常615小鼠脾脏中自然杀伤细胞对 L615白血病细胞表现为较高的杀伤活性,从而为将该瘤株在体外实验中作为靶细胞模型提供了实验依据.

| Abstract: | The natural killer cells in human and different strains of animal have selectively killer activity against various tumor cells being served as target cells.It's found that the nomal 615 murine splenic natural killer cells showed high natural cytotoxicity against L615 leukemic cells by means of enzyme release.Therefor the demonstration,which the tumor line may be considered as a model of target cell in vitro experiments,has been of- fered. |
