我院重症监护病房病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:调查我院重症监护病房(ICU)常见病原菌分布及其耐药性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集2010年1~12月我院ICU各类感染性标本957份,常规方法分离细菌,采用全自动药品分析仪进行细菌鉴定药敏试验,对细菌耐药性进行统计分析。结果:从ICU各类标本中共检出528株细菌,其中以G~-杆菌为主(398株),排名前3位的分别为鲍曼不动杆菌(40.95%),肺炎克雷伯菌(15.83%),铜绿假单胞菌(11.56%);另检出G~+球菌130株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌约占64.61%。G~-杆菌对阿米卡星和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感率分别为86.63%和84.63%,G~+球菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺敏感率均为100%。结论:本院重症监护病房病原菌分布G~-杆菌以鲍曼不动杆菌为主、G~+球菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,G~+球菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺未显示耐药性。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the bacteria distribution and drug resistance in the ICU and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:957 specimens of various kinds of pathogenic bacteria were collected from January to December 2010 in the hospital ICU,an automatic drug analyzer was used to conduct drug sensitive bacteria tests and their bacteria drug resistance was analyzed with the method of routine separation.Result:In the ICU 528 strains of bacilli were detected,including 398 strains of gram-negative bacilli with Acinetobacter baumannii,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ranking the first three.The other 130 strains of gram-positive cocci were detected,including Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus simulans,etc.Conclusion:Acinetobacter baumannii and Staphylococcus aureus were the main pathogenic bacteria in ICU.The clinical separation of G~+ bacteria did not show any drug-resistance to vancomycin and rina thiazole amine against powerful antibacterial activity.
