油管漏磁检测装置的改进研究

摘    要:采用有限元法对油管漏磁检测装置进行优化设计。根据油管的特征参数和检测要求,设计直流线圈励磁型漏磁检测装置。建立了缺陷漏磁场的有限元仿真模型,研究了励磁线圈的形状、励磁电流对检测信号的影响,获得最佳的信噪比。提出了改善检测装置的端部效应,提高Hall探头检测灵敏度的两种改进措施,有效地提高了漏磁检测装置的检测能力。仿真数据同实验结果基本吻合,研究成果已经用在新一代油管漏磁检测设备的开发生产中。

Abstract:Finite element method(FEM) was used to optimize design of magnetic flux leakage testing(MFLT) equipment for oil pipe.According to the structural parameters and testing requirement of oil pipe,the finite element model of MFL field of defect was modeled.Parameters of the exciters were optimized to determine the operating point in saturation curves,and obtain the optimal signal-to-noise ratio.Two improvement methods were proposed,which decreased greatly the end effects and increased testing sensitivity of Hall sensors,respectively.The improvement effects were validated by experimental data as well.The research results have been used in developing new MFL equipment.
