摘    要:HF+HNO3水溶液对马氏体不锈钢点蚀敏感,侵蚀后的点蚀呈黑斑形状,因此可用于马氏体不锈钢冶炼质量检查。由经验和大量的统计表明,精炼钢的抗点蚀能力明显大于普通炼钢,因此该侵蚀剂在一定程度上可用于评价马氏体钢的冶金质量。

Abstract:Spot eroding is easily observed when martensite stainless steel is eroded by solution of HF, HNO3 and H2O, with macula shape. Hence the sort of eroding reagent can be applied to inspection of spot eroding tendency on martensite stainless steel. Operation and statistic for years shows that spot eroding resistance of refining steel is obviously better than that of conventional steel, so the sort of eroding reagent can be applied to assessing of quality of martensite stainless steel.
