基于LabView的激光振动位移测试系统设计

摘    要:为了准确快速地检测大批量转轴的质量是否合格,分析了目前企业大量使用的接触式测试系统存在的问题和不足,提出了一种基于激光测距传感器的非接触式的测试方法。着重对测试原理、基于USB数据采集技术的硬件系统构成及基于LabView虚拟仪器的应用软件设计进行了阐述,经现场实际运行情况表明,该系统稳定可靠,便于工人操作,具有较强的推广应用的意义。

Abstract:In order to survey the quality of mass shafts quickly and correctly,it presents a non-contact vibration displacement measuring method.According to the requirement of USB data acquisition,it designs the hardware structure of this vibration displacement measurement system based on laser radiation sensor,designs a vibration displacement measuring software system based on the virtual instrument technique with LABVIEW.This system can carry real-time data acquisition,processing and store.The experimental results show that the method is feasible and the measuring system is steady,reliable and easy for workers to operate.
