| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腰椎后路减压单枚椎间融合器配合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎不稳症的临床疗效.方法 从2005年4月至2009年4月,对38例腰椎不稳症的患者均行后路减压单枚椎间融合器配合椎弓根螺钉内固定术.结果 38例患者经随访12～36个月(平均18个月),患者症状均消失,腰椎高度无丢失,无断钉、断棒并发症.术后椎间融合标准按...
