| 摘 要： | 核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症体包含NLRP3、细胞凋亡相关的斑点样蛋白质和caspase-1前体,可以通过激活胱天蛋白酶caspase-1,促进白细胞介素(IL)1β和IL-18的成熟和分泌,引起炎性反应。糖尿病及其并发症(如动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病肾病)通过高血糖、高胆固醇血症、高尿酸血症等激活NLRP3炎症体,引起IL-1β、IL-18水平升高,诱发炎性反应。目前研究发现,减少对NLRP3炎症体激活的刺激,可以预防和减轻糖尿病并发症,为糖尿病及其并发症的防治开拓了新的空间。

| Abstract: | Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 （NLRP3） inflammasome consists of NLRP3,apoptosis-associated speck-like protein and caspase-1 precursor.It can promote the mature and secretion of IL-1βand IL-18 by activating caspase-1 and then cause inflammation.Diabetes and its complications,such as atherosclerosis,diabetic nephropathy,increase IL-1β and IL-18 levels and induce inflammation via the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome by hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,and hyperuricemia.The present study found that reduction of NLRP3 inflammasome activation can prevent and relieve diabetes complications and then provide new opportunities for prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications. |
