| 摘 要： | T形接头是钢结构中常用的焊接接头形式,焊脚尺寸的大小直接关系到结构件的机械性能和使用性能。在液压支架中,焊脚尺寸K的大小直接关系到支架的焊接强度,焊脚尺寸K不是越大越好,按等强度理论计算出焊脚尺寸K,不仅可以减小热影响区范围,还可以减少无谓的浪费。

| Abstract: | T pattern joints are common types for weld joints in steel structures,and the size of weld determines the machine functions and use effects of component parts.In hydraulic pressure support,the size of weld K can affect the weld strength of support directly,and weld K isn't fit for 'the bigger the better'.Working out the size of weld in terms of equal strength theory not only can reduce the area by the heat,but also can decrease meaningless waste. |
