基于JHA的建筑工程施工安全控制分析

随着社会主义市场经济进程的不断推进,以及人民生活的普遍提高,建筑业成为我国发展最快的行业之一。而日益激烈的市场竞争环境,使得效益成为建筑施工企业竞争的目标,而对于施工安全的控制却是企业获取效益的前提,因为安全的结果决定效益的大小。面对国内频繁出现的建筑工程施工安全事故,党和政府高度重视建筑工程施工安全控制工作,确定"安全第一,预防为主"的安全生产方针,并颁布一系列安全生产法律、法规。同时,建筑施工企业也积极引进和应用"工作危害分析法(JHA)"和"安全检查表分析法(SCL)"进行施工中危险源的辨识,目的就是为保护广大劳动者的安全和健康,控制和减少各类事故的发生。本文仅就基于JHA的建筑工程施工安全控制作以浅要的分析。
