| 摘 要： | 为解决多矿点之间煤炭产量数据分散及易产生误差问题,便于企业进行远程集中管理和地方政府加强税收监管,设计了将称重计量数据和远程视频监控相结合的多功能煤炭产量计量管理系统。系统采用SQL Server2000后台数据库,Visual C++开发工具,C++语言和流媒体技术,设计开发了本地称重显示软件、流媒体服务器、流媒体客户端和数据库等四个应用程序模块,利用以太网完成称重控制器的状态监视,端口设置,参数设置,数据采集、分析、存储,显示视频图像,历史查询,报表打印等功能。系统已在新疆阿克苏地区拜城县成功应用。

| Abstract: | To solve the multi-ore spot the spread of the coal production data and tend to produce error problem,easy to intensively manage for enterprises and local governments strengthen revenue supervision,design a multifunctional coal production measurement and management system of combining the weigh measure data with remote video monitoring.System uses SQL Server 2000 back-end database,Visual C++ development tools,C++ language and streaming media technology,designs and develops the local weight display software,streaming media server,streaming media client and database applications such as four modules,makes use of Ethernet to finish the state supervision of the weight controller monitors,the port settings,parameter settings,data collection,analysis,storage and display video images,historical queries,report printing and so on.The system has been applied successfully in Baicheng County in Aksu Prefecture. |
