IC卡公用电话卫生状况及消毒效果监测

IC卡公用电话由于受人为污染,使用者极易感染致病菌。为了解IC卡公用电话卫生状况,进行了抽样检测和消毒处理。结果,随机抽取 127部公用电话其表面污染菌数在 220~6 760cfu/25cm2,并检出大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、霉菌等,经用 1000~2000mg/L有效氯消毒剂溶液擦拭或喷雾消毒,对电话机表面自然菌平均杀灭率达 98%以上。结论,公用电话机污染程度较为严重,最高超标 40余倍,用含氯消毒剂擦拭消毒可以达到良好的消毒效果。

MONITORING OF SANITARY CONDITION AND DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF IC CARD PUBLIC TELEPHONES

Since the IC card public telephones are artificially contaminated, the users are apt to be infected by pathogens. In order to know the sanitary condition of IC card public telephones, sampling examination and disinfection treatment were carried out. Results: 127 public telephones were sampled randomly. The contaminating bacterial count on their surfaces was found to be 220～6760 cfu/25cm 2 and coli-group, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and fungi were detected. Wiping or spraying disinfection with disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 1000～2000 mg/L killed over 98% in average of the natural bacteria on the telephone surface. Conclusions: The public telephones were seriously contaminated with the heaviest contamination exceeding the allowable limit by higher than 40 times. Wiping disinfection with chlorine-containing disinfectants could achieve good disinfection efficacy.
