| 摘 要： | 采用猪血清方法复制大鼠肝纤维化模型,应用活血化瘀方药进行防治,观察了形态学和组织化学的变化。结果表明:活血化瘀方药有防止肝细胞损伤和促进损伤细胞修复的作用,能保护和增强肝细胞内酶的活性,如保护和增强MAO、COO、ACP和ATPase的活性,从而达到防治肝纤维化目的。

| Abstract: | In this study, hepatic fibrosis model of rat was duplicated by porcin serum. Its change of morphology and histochemistry, and the mechanism of change after preventing and treating by TCM formula promoting blood circulation and remo-ving blood stasis were observed and searched. The results showed that the formula of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can prevent injury of hepatocytes and promote restoration of harmed hepa-tocytes, protect and enhance activation of enzyme in hepatocytes, such as MAO (monoamine oxidase) , CCO, ACP and ATPase (adenosinetriphosphatase). It suggested that, this formula has the effect of preventing and treating hepatic fibrosis. |
