| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨奥氮平治疗青少年精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法：选择2015年1月～2016年1月我院收治的精神分裂症青少年患者80例，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗，研究组应用奥氮平治疗。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）；研究组药物不良反应发生率为10.00%，低于对照组的30.00%（P<0.05）。结论：奥氮平治疗青少年精神分裂症疗效确切，安全性佳。

Clinical Efficacy of olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia in adolescents |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the treatment of adolescent schizophrenia olanzapine clinical efficacy. Methods: January 2015~schizophrenic adolescents 80 cases in January 2016 in our hospital, which were divided into study group and control group. The control group with aripiprazole therapy, the study group application olanzapine treatment. Results: The study group total effective rate was 95.00%, higher than 80.00% (P<0.05); the occurrence of adverse drug reactions study group was 10.00%, lower than the control group, 30.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Olanzapine treatment of adolescent schizophrenia is effective and safe to use, suitable for clinical applications. |
