某白钨矿回收工艺的试验研究

摘    要:针对某钨矿的主要钨矿物为白钨矿,采用优先浮硫-白钨常温粗选-钨粗精矿加温精选的工艺回收钨矿物。试验表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占82%的条件下,以碳酸钠和水玻璃为调整剂,ZL为捕收剂浮选钨。当原矿品位WO3为0.593%时,可获得品位WO3 65.97%、回收率81.98%的白钨精矿。

Abstract:The flotation processes of "preferential floating sulfur, scheelite roughing at normal temperature and tungsten rough concentrate dressing by heating" is applied to recover tungsten. When the W03 grade of the crude ore is 0.593 %, the scheelite concentrate containing W03 65.97 % can be obtained with the recovery of 81.98 % with Na2C03 and the sodium silicate as regulators. ZL is used as collector with grinding fineness reaching 82 % -0.074 mm.
