基于社会建构主义理论的教师培训模式探讨

摘    要:通过探讨国内教师培训的现状与模式,借助心理学上的社会建构主义理论,对教师培训进行了分析。提出要达到培训效果、实现在职教师培训的目标,我们应该建立起一种动态发展的培训模式,同时要充分认识到教师培训是由培训者、参训者、培训任务和培训环境四大因素综合作用的结果。

Abstract:This paper discusses the issues and models of in-service training of teachers based on social constructivist theory.And Author tries to do some analysis of teachers training in the framework of such theory.It is hoped that a dynamic and interactive training model will be set up in order to achieve the goal of in-service teachers′ training,and we will have an adequate understanding that effects of teachers′ training depend on 4 main factors: trainer,trainee,task of training and training context,which all interact as part of dynamic,ongoing model.
