丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组在常规治疗后用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗。观察两组的临床疗效,心绞痛发作缓解及心电图改善情况,血脂、C-反应蛋白变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组总有效率为71%,治疗组缺血心电图改善总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为76%,治疗组发作次数和硝酸甘油用量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗前后血脂、C-反应蛋白无显著差异（P〉0.05）,两组治疗后血压和心率比较无显著差异。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效显著。

CIinica I observation of danshenchuanxiongqin and trimetazibine in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy of danshenchuanxiongqin and trimetazibine in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group; after being treated by the same method, the treatment group was treated by danshenchuanxiongqin and trimetazibine. Effect, the relief of angina pectoris, the situation of ECG and the changes of c-reactive protein were observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93%;the other group were 71%. The total effective rate of treatment group of Ischemic ECG was 95% and the control group was 76%; episodes of Angina and nitroglycerin consumption was less than the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The two groups there were no significant difference in heart rate and blood pressure. Conclusion Danshenchuanxiongqin and trimetazibine in treatment of angina pectoris has a significant clinical effect.
