摘    要:介绍了纯氧燃烧技术的发展情况,纯氧燃烧技术有别于传统空气助燃的特点,该特点带来的窑炉熔制特点.论述了纯氧燃烧技术在池窑上应用的主要技术环节,包括氧气源及燃烧器的选择,完善燃烧及控制系统.通过不断追求纤维池窑节能降耗新技术,在综合熔窑整体设计中确定燃烧器配置,利用现代数模技术验证和修正熔窑技术,将纯氧燃烧技术纳入最佳熔窑燃烧熔制配置系统.

Abstract:The developments, technical features and key points of application of oxy-fuel combustion technology in E-glass furnaces are presented. This novel technology is to be included in the best firing and melting system for E-glass furnaces by constantly working at new energy-saving techniques,optimizing burner deployment in the integral design of furnaces and verifying and revising melting technologies using modern mathematical models.
