海星醇提取物对疾病引起的胃肠动力障碍的改善作用

摘    要:目的考察海星用体积分数为60%、70%的乙醇溶液沉淀等量混合提取物(60%and 70%e-quivalent ethanol sediments extract of asterias,HX)对糖尿病胃轻瘫小鼠,利血平抑郁小鼠及应激小鼠胃肠动力障碍的改善作用。方法采用小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的实验方法。结果连续6 d灌胃给予HX(1.3、2.6、3.9 g.kg-1),可明显改善糖尿病胃轻瘫小鼠的胃排空延迟和小肠推进减慢;HX(1.3、2.6 g.kg-1)可改善利血平所致抑郁小鼠的胃排空延迟和小肠推进减慢,HX(1.3 g.kg-1)对应激引起的小鼠胃排空延迟和小肠推进的减慢均有改善作用。结论HX可改善糖尿病、抑郁和应激引发的胃肠动力障碍。提示海星作为一种新型的调节胃肠动力的海洋药物,在疾病伴随的胃肠动力障碍的治疗中具有广阔的开发前景。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the improving effect of the 60% and 70% equivalent ethanol sediments extract of asterias (HX)on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in gastrointestinal dysmotility mice caused by disease. Methods The experimental methods of gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion were used in the study. Results HX (1.3, 2.6, 3.9 g·kg-1, ig, 6 days) markedly antagonized the gastric emptying and the intestinal propulsive inhibition in diabetic gastroparesis mice. And HX (1.3, 2.6 g·kg-1, ig, 6 days) improved the gastric emptying and the intestinal propulsive inhibition in depression model mice induced by reserpine. Moreover,HX (1.3 g·kg-1, ig, 6 days) antagonized the gastric emptying and the intestinal propulsive inhibition in stress model mice. Conclusions The results indicate that HX has the improving effect on gastrointestinal dysmotility mice caused by diabetes, depression and stress and suggest that HX as a potential new gastrointestinal dynamic agent has a good prospective application on gastrointestinal dysmotility induced by some kinds of diseases.
