| 摘 要： | 介绍了楔块式上运带式输送机断带保护装置的结构和特点,分析了存在的缺陷,并对原有的断带保护装置进行了改进,设计了一种上闸块可摆动、可打开的新型楔块式断带保护装置;在输送带正常运转时,该新型断带保护装置左右上闸块可以摆动到输送带两侧,与输送带的纵向平行,当输送带发生断带时,能迅速地使得上闸块摆动到输送带上方,参与输送带制动。

| Abstract: | Introduces structure and characteristic of the wedge type broken belt for uphill belt conveyor, analyses its drawback, and the protector is improved up. A new protector with oscillating upper brake which can be opened outboard. If the belt conveyor is on normal running, the oscillating upper brakes will be opened outboard, paralleling with the belt. If the belt breaks, the upper brakes will oscillate inboard to the belt, and will take part in braking the broken belt. |
