摘    要:1 MW风电增速机B26双列圆锥滚子轴承在装配过程中出现内圈断裂,采用理化分析方法对轴承内圈断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:磨削裂纹是轴承内圈断裂的根本原因。

Abstract:The inner ring has been fractured during assembling the B26 double lines taper roller bearing of 1MW wind power generation speed-up gearbox.The fracture reason has been analyzed by physical and chemical test method.The results indicate that the grinding crack is the basic reason for inner ring fracture.
