摘    要:利用Fluent软件,对基于热管技术的高炉喷吹煤粉预热系统进行数值模拟计算,研究了预热系统各参数变化对煤粉气流预热温度的影响。研究结果可为喷吹煤粉预热系统的结构设计、操作参数的制定以及以后的优化改进提供理论依据。

Abstract:The numerical simulation is carried out for the preheating system of pulverized coal injection based on heat pipe technology by using Fluent software.The impact of parameters changes of preheating system on the preheat temperature of pulverized coal airflow is studied.The study results can provide theoretical basis for the structural design,the operating parameters determination,as well as the subsequent optimization and improvement of the preheating system of pulverized coal injection.
