氨溴特罗口服溶液辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的观察氨溴特罗口服溶液辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法将96例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组仅给予常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用氨溴特罗口服溶液治疗。观察患儿临床症状和体征消失时间及住院时间,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组治愈率和总有效率分别为70.8%、95.8%,高于对照组的52.1%、83.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床症状和体征消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴特罗口服溶液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎安全有效。

The clinical observation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution on the treatment of infantile bronchitis

Objective To obseve curative effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in treatmeint of infantile bronchitis.Methods 96 children with infantile bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control goup with 48 in each.The control group only received routine treatment,the observation group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution on the basis of the control group.Clinical symptoms and signs disappear time and hospital stay were compared between the 2 groups,and clinical curative effect was observed.Results Cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were 70.8%,95.8%,higher than that in the control group（52.1%,83.3%）;the clinical symptoms and signs disappear time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution is safe and effective in treatment to infantile bronchitis.
