| 摘 要： | 以石榴籽为原料,利用微波辅助提取石榴籽油。通过单因素实验及正交实验,研究了处理时间、料液比以及微波功率对石榴籽油得率的影响,确定了微波辅助提取石榴籽油的较佳工艺条件为:微波功率420W,料液比1∶4,处理时间50s×5(时间×次数)。在此条件下石榴籽油的得率为15.48%。

| Abstract: | Pomegranate seed oil was extracted by microwave-assist.The effect of microwave time,ratio of material to liquid,microwave power on the oil yield was researched,and the technology process was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:microwave power 420 W,ratio of material to liquid 1:4,time 50 s ,extraction times 5.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of pomegranate seed oil was 15.48%. |
