摘    要:柔轮是谐波齿轮传动中的关键零件,其负载状况比较复杂。本文采用有限元数学模型叠加,用空载静顶起与加载扭转复合的方法。成功地应用SAP5P结构分析程序,较准确地计算了柔轮负载下的内部应力。并依据结构参数变化后应力的变化规律对桑轮结构设计提出了若干提高其承载能力的合理建议。同时还对偏心圆盘发生器结构设计和装配尺寸做了有效的分析。

Abstract:The flexible ring gear is a key element of harmonic drive. In this paper. the shell finit-element method is adoped to get the stress distribution of the flex ble ring gear under both on load and no load state, Throngh a large number of calculation, the maximum possible damage cross-section of the short tube flexible ring gear has been found. Also, the research about the reasonable width and position of the wave generator has been done and the relation curve between some parameters and stress of ring gear has bern obtaincd. Firally, Some revise suggestions were provided to improve the harmonic decelerator design for ma■ufacture.
