| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)发病机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化法检测39例内异症患者的在位内膜(在位组)及异位内膜(异位组)中TNF-α的表达,并与40例正常子宫内膜作对照(对照组)。结果:TNF-α染色主要定位于腺上皮细胞的细胞浆中,间质细胞浆中少量表达。对照组TNF-α蛋白的表达,分泌期高于增生期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EMs在位及异位子宫内膜组织中各期表达均增高,增生期和分泌期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与同期对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α在内异症患者异位内膜中的异常表达,可能在内异症的发生发展中发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression tumor necrosis factor_α(TNF-α) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMs).Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of TNF_α in ectopic endometrium from 39 patients with EMs and the endometrium of 40 controls.Results: TNF_α mainly expressed in plasma of glandular cell,and rarely located in nucleus.It was significant higher in endometriosis than that in normal endometrium.Conclusion: The abnormal expression of TNF_α in ectopic endometrium from EMs may plays an imporant role in the progression of endometriosis. |
