圆锥轴参数检测方法

介绍圆锥轴参数检测的两种方法:一种是采用平板检测改进方法;另一种是采用圆锥参数测具检测的方法。平板检测改进方法参数计算式不需角度值,简单方便,且测量结果中不包含角度误差;圆锥参数测具检测不受置放位置和场地的限制,可直接在加工中的机床上进行测量,操作简便,测量快捷,测量效率高。

Detection Method of Conical Shaft Parameters

The two detection methods for conical shaft parameters were introduced： one method was the improved detection method; an- other way was conical parameter measuring method with measurement tool. In the improved method, angle value was not needed in parameter calculation formula, so it was simple and convenient, and angle error was not introduced in the measurement results. For cone parameters measuring method with measurement tool, it was not constrainted by placing position and site, could be used to measure directly in processing tool. It had the advantages of simple operation, quick measurement, high measuring efficiency.
