高脂血症对新疆哈萨克族正常血压组和高血压组左室重构及左心功能的影响

目的：探讨高脂血症对新疆哈萨克族正常血压组和高血压组左室重构及左心功能的影响。方法：选取新疆昌吉地区352例哈萨克族人群作为研究对象,其中正常血压组（NT）213例,高血压组（EH）139例,常规测量左心室舒张末朋内径（LVEDd）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESd）、左室心肌质量（LVM）、左室心肌质量指数（LVMl）和E/A等超声指标,并检测体重指数（BMI）、血脂和空腹血糖。结果：不论NT组还是EH组,高脂血症组和非高脂血症组间的LVEDd、LVESd、LVM、LVMI均无统计学差异,高脂血症组的E/A低于非高脂血症组;Mantel-Haenszel检验显示两组间左室重构的检出率无统计学意义。结论：高脂血症在新疆哈萨克族正常血压组和高血压组左室重构中可能不起作用,但可引起左室舒张功能障碍。

Effects of Hyperlipidemia on Left Ventricular Reconstruction and Left Ventricular Function in Normotensives and Hypertensives of Kazaks in Xinjiang

Objective To evaluate the effects of hyperlipidemia on left ventricular reconstruction and left ventricular function in normotensives and hypertensives of Kazaks in Xinjiang.Methods 352 cases of Kazak population in Changji region were selected for the study：213 cases of Normotensive group（NT）,139 cases of hypertensive group（EH）.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDd）,left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESd）,left ventricular mass（LVM）,left ventricular mass index（LVMl） and E /A were measured.Body mass index（BMI）,blood lipids and fasting glucose were tested.Results Both normotensives and hypertensives,there was no difference in LVEDd,LVESd,LVM and LVMI between hyperlipidemia group and non-hyperlipidemia group,E/A indexes were decreased in hyperlipidemia group than those of non-hyperlipidelnia group.Mantel-Haenszel test showed that there was no difference in the incidence of left ventricular reconstruction in two groups.Conclusion Hyperlipidemia may not have an effect on left ventricular reconstruction,which decreased left ventricular diastolic function in normotensives and hypertensives of Kazaks in Xinjiang.
