大型天线背架制造平面度控制工艺研究

摘    要:大型天线背架是用铝质型材拼焊而成的桁架结构,外廓尺寸为2639mm×2620mm×230mm,长、宽度尺寸较大,厚度尺寸较小,刚度低,焊接、加工等都会产生较大的变形。天线背架顶部由380个槽的槽底组成平面的平面度要求为0.25mm。控制制造过程中的变形,特别是控制加工380个槽的变形,保证其槽底的平面度0.25mm的要求,是制造天线背架的核心,也是工艺的难点。本文阐述了天线背架制造过程中,控制变形的工艺流程和工艺手段,重点阐述了380个槽加工及保证槽底平面度的夹具,以及其设计原理和调整方法。

Abstract:Large scale back shelf is the trusswork through welding of aluminium proximate matter, the scale of gabarit is 2639mm×2620mm×230mm, the length and the width are big but the thickness is small and rigidity is low that make the weld and process genarating more deformation. The planeness requiement of plane formed by bottoms of 380 grooves of antenna back shelf top is 0. 25 mm. must control the deformation under the manufacturing, espeeaily the deformation of 380 grooves, make sue of the requiemnts of 0.25 mm of planeness of groove bottoms, it is the core and the difficulty pointe of making antenna back shelf. The paper described the process flow and process ways of controlling deformation under making process of antenna back shelf, presented the process of 380 grooves and clamp of ensuring planeness of groove bottoms in detail8 and also gave the desigh principle and adusting way.
