摘    要:针对现阶段感应加热领域逐渐数字化的趋势,将DSP芯片应用在感应加热电源的逆变器控制上,以达成频率跟踪与定角控制,从而实现智能控制,使得逆变器的控制与调整更加简单可行。分析了感应加热电源装置的发展趋势及其电源中逆变器的控制要求,设计了基于DSP的并联谐振式感应加热电源中的逆变器的控制主电路,成功实现了频率跟踪和定角控制。

Abstract:According to the current trend of induction heating field gradually digitized, the DSP chip is used in the inverter induction heating power supply control, to achieve frequency tracking and fixed angle control, so as to realize the intelligent control, the control and adjustment of the inverter is more simple and feasible. This paper analyses of the development trend of control inverter induction heating power supply device and power supply requirements, designs the control circuit of inverter parallel resonant induction heating power supply based on DSP, successfully implements the frequency tracking and fixed angle control.
