| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护士使用表格式跟班制进行护理质量控制的效果。方法：将各项护理质量的检查内容用表格罗列，并将护理质量控制的任务分配至各个班次，从2009年1月开始采用表格式跟班制质控方法进行各项护理工作质量检查，并对2009年与2008年小组分工责任制的质控效果进行对比分析。结果：2009年护士质控的次数和发现问题的数目多于2008年，而检查漏项数低于2008年。结论：表格式跟班制质控方法改善了护理质控效果，提高了护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of nursing quality control of the table format regular shift system used by nursers. Methods： The checking contents of each nursing quality were enumerated in tabular list to allocate the nursing quality control tasks to each of shifts. Each nursing work quality checking was implemented by quality control method of table format regular shift system from January 2009 and the quality control effects of group division responsibility of 2009 and 2008 were compared and analyzed. Results： The frequency and the found problems of the nursing quality control in 2009 were more than those in 2008. The numbers of checked omission in 2009 were fewer than those in 2008. Conclusion： The quality control method of table format regular shift system improves the effect of nursing quality control and raises the nursing quality. |
