| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声造影在肾脏肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对30例常规超声诊断为肾脏占位或可疑肾脏占位的患者应用超声造影、螺旋CT检查,并将结果与术后病理对比。结果:超声造影鉴别肾脏良、恶性肿瘤的准确率为96.7%(29/30)。螺旋CT准确率是90%(27/30)。结论:超声造影能明确显示肾脏肿瘤的存在,对鉴别肾脏良、恶性肿瘤有较高的价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS） in the diagnosis of renal tumor. Methods： 30 cases of renal space occupying mass or suspicious underwent conventional ultrasonography, contrast enhanced ultrasound and spiral CT examination of the kidneys, and then compared with the postoperation pathologic results. Results： The accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound to identify benign and malignant of renal tumor was 96.7% （29/30）. Spiral CT was 90%（27/30）. Conclusions：The CEUS can reveal the renal tumor and has a high value in differentiating benign and malignant tumors of kidneys. |
