摘    要:为满足太阳能热利用规模需求,按模块化思路研制了一种工程型太阳能热泵热水系统产品,选用空气源热泵作为提供辅助能源的设备,提出了技术实现方案及智能化控制策略,开发了热泵机组、集热单元、储热单元、中央控制仪等装置和设备。通过试验优化了系统的匹配特性,提高了综合能效比及可靠性,实现了全部设备的集中控制和实时监测。进行了详细的技术经济分析,明确了产品的适用范围。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the engineering-scale utilization of solar energy, a modularized solar heat pump water heater was developed. The air-source heat pump was adopted to be the auxiliary heating device for this system due to its high adaptability to the surroundings. A series of reliable technical proposal and automatic control strategies were proposed. All parts of the modularized system including heat pump, heat accumulator unit, heat storage unit, central control panel and et al were developed. The matching properties were optimized based on experiments to increase the overall performance. All devices could be controlled and monitored centrally in the system. The detail economic analysis was carried out to specify its scope of application.
