| 摘 要： | 目的使用不同的根管糊剂采取一次性根管充填法，治疗慢性根尖炎，并对术后反应和临床疗效进行观察比较。方法临床选取慢性根尖炎的恒牙215颗，随机分成A、B、C三组，分别以ZOE糊剂、Vitapex糊剂、AHplus糊剂加牙胶尖作为根充材料，采取一次性根管充填法治疗，观察术后l周内的反应、术后6个月一1年内临床疗效。结果术后1周内B组（Vitapex组）、C组（AHplus组）反应发生率低，与A组（ZOE组）比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术后6个月-1年临床疗效追踪观察，三组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论Vitapex、AHplus是目前根管治疗中较为理想的根充材料。
